What are Groove Mentors?
Groove Mentors are action-oriented individuals who want to grow the groove in their community and learn more about their own practice through the mentoring of other Groove Facilitators. The focus of Groove Mentors is to support others in developing their Groove Workout Facilitation Skills. There are many ways that Groove Mentors contribute to the growth of the Groove at the community level: organizing ChoreoGrooves, establishing or supporting a local network of Groove Facilitators, planning Groove Workout community events, peer coaching on Groove facilitation, local promotion of Groove events, assistance with local certification weekends and many others.
The one common element of Groove mentors is their shared passion and commitment to the vision of the Groove Method and a genuine desire to help others facilitate great groove experiences!
